KLASE Builds and Loadouts

No fake gear stats. A build is binds, camera, and the hold-F versus commit-R decision.

Camera and Keybind Builds

KLASE does not publish a gear score. There is no official weapon ladder, no currency attached to a kit, and no hidden attack value on a hat. When this wiki says build, it means how you hold the seven official keys, how you look at the campus, and when you choose F Block/Parry instead of R Heavy Attack. If you arrived looking for a best-in-slot chart, the honest answer is on this page: comfort first, then habits.

The players hub already told you there is no roster. Aggressive and defensive told you which keys to favor. This page is the loadout layer those roles actually sit on.

Keybind comfort

The printed card is T Stomp, Q Dash, E Glory Finisher, G Slam, R Heavy Attack, F Block/Parry, and Ctrl Crouch. That card is PC-letter language. Your job is to make those actions reachable without looking down.

PC habits that show up in real lobbies:

  • Keep Dash and Block on keys you can hit while WASD is busy. If Q or F forces you to lift from movement, you will notice it the first time a classroom door closes on you.
  • Put Crouch somewhere you will not tap by accident during a Heavy Attack. Panic crouch in the courtyard is a gift.
  • Do not scatter Slam, Stomp, and Glory Finisher so far that converts require a hunt. Those three are sequential in aggressive play. If your fingers cannot find T after G, you do not have a convert, you have a pause.

If Roblox or your device lets you rebind, rebind for reach, not for flair. If you cannot rebind, practice the printed letters until they are boring. The control sheet exists so you can keep the map next to the keyboard during that week. The controls guide is the prose version of the same card.

Mobile habits:

  • Thumb reach beats a pretty HUD. If Dash and Block are the two S-tier actions, they need the two easiest buttons you can still see while steering.
  • Slam and Stomp can live on slightly worse real estate because you should not mash them as a heartbeat.
  • Crouch on mobile is easy to hit by mistake. If you keep folding in the open, move that control or ignore it until you are actually at a desk.
  • Camera swipe is part of the build. A player who never looks at the door is not defensive; they are blind.

Console players should treat the same rule: Block and Dash on comfortable face or trigger positions, convert keys clustered, Crouch somewhere safe.

Camera is a stat even when it is not

KLASE is a school. Desks hide people. Doorways hide people. Courtyards hide third parties at the edge of the frame. Your camera build is:

  • High enough to see a hallway before you Glory Finish.
  • Stable enough that Dash does not become a roll of the horizon.
  • Willing to Crouch-dip at a desk when you need to look under a sightline, then stand before you swing.

Shift lock versus free cam is a preference, not a hidden multiplier. Pick the one that lets you keep Dash facing the door you care about. If you lose track of your own character every time you press Q, the camera is the bug, not the key.

Mix-up players live here. The playstyle ranking put mix-up in A because Crouch plus Dash through furniture works. That only works if you can still see. A crouch that eats your camera is a downgrade.

When to hold F versus commit R

This is the only real talent tree in the game, and it is a decision, not an upgrade.

Hold F when:

  • The other player is already running at you in a straight line.
  • You are in a classroom and you cannot see a Dash exit yet.
  • You just heard a Slam and you are next.
  • You are baiting, on purpose, with a wall at your back so they cannot circle.

Commit R when:

  • You stuffed their swing and they have not recovered.
  • You Dashed onto someone who is still busy with a different target.
  • They Crouch-wiggled in the open courtyard and you are already in range.
  • You need space, not a knockout, and Heavy Attack is how you take the tile.

If you cannot decide, default to F for one beat. You can still Dash. You cannot un-throw a Heavy Attack into a prepared parry. Aggressive players should force themselves through this default or they will never climb out of feeding. Defensive players should force the opposite drill: after a successful F, they must throw R or leave, not freeze.

The fight checklist is the post-fight version of this section. Use it. Memory lies.

PC versus mobile loadout habits

PC players overvalue long key sequences because the letters are all there. They also undervalue camera, because a mouse makes looking cheap. Their usual death is a beautiful convert in a doorway they never checked.

Mobile players overvalue whatever button is largest. If that button is Slam, they become predictable B-tier machines. Their usual death is a missed Block because Dash and fire occupied the same thumb. Their usual strength is turning, because swipe camera plus a short Dash is nasty in a classroom.

Do not copy a PC bind screenshot onto a phone and do not copy a mobile HUD into a lecture about how everyone should play. Build for the device in your hands, then pick a role.

What never belongs in a KLASE build

  • Invented percents on Stomp.
  • A shop currency that the game page does not list.
  • A character passive.
  • A script that presses F for you. If that is the plan, read script safety and then do not.
  • A code that unlocks a stronger Heavy Attack. There are still no official codes to farm for power.

After any client change, re-test binds before you blame the moves ranking. A patch can keep the same letters and still move a button on mobile. Confirm the printed list on the latest update page, then touch every key once in an empty hallway.

A good KLASE build is boring: reachable Dash, reachable Block, clustered converts, a camera that sees doors, and a rule for F versus R. Wear whatever avatar you like. The loadout is your hands.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for KLASE combat, codes, and campus fights.

Does KLASE have gear or stat builds?

No public gear ladder is listed. Treat a build as keybind comfort, camera, and the choice to block or commit, not as equipment.

What should I bind first on mobile?

Make Block/Parry and Dash easy to reach while you steer. Convert keys can sit on harder buttons because you should not mash them constantly.

Should I hold Block by default?

Default to a short hold when you cannot see a Dash exit or when someone is sprinting at you. Commit Heavy Attack after you stuff a swing or land on a busy target.

Is shift lock required?

No. Pick the camera mode that keeps Dash aimed at the door you care about. If Q makes you lose the character, change the camera, not the role.
